The Hunger Games Movie - Capital Extras Costume!

While I was talking to someone who is going to be doing extra work for Capital scenes in August, he gave me a hint about the costume. First here's a tweet he sent to (@jackie_emerson) a.k.a 'Foxface'

Looks like some Capital citizens will have blue hair. AND, when we were talking about costumes, he asked me what MINE looked like. (I will also be doing extra work.) But since I don't actually have my costume yet, I didn't know, but he did say this:
